Schubertiade Program (PDF) and English Translations (PDF)

This Schiller Institute “Schubertiade” (Schubert Evening) was performed at the Verdi Tuning of C=256 Hz, A=432 Hz, at the Good Shepherd-Faith Presbyterian Church, in New York.  Franz Schubert, one of the most prolific and profound Classical Composers, lived from 1797 to1828. His  "Swan songs" are presented as a song cycle, published after his death. They were the last songs that he composed.
